Half-time Program Coordinator position available. Resumes due Sept 7, position starts October 1. The Program Coordinator advances the PCASC mission through developing the leadership capacity of volunteers, supporting the work of sub-committees, and coordinating program planning retreats. This organizer is responsible for coordinating PCASC communications and plays a supporting role in ensuring the financial sustainability of PCASC. -

Tucson Students Storm Meeting, Delay Vote on Ethnic Studies
Arizona’s attempt to dismantle Tucson’s ethnic studies program was dealt a blow Tuesday when students rose up and took over a school board meeting where a resolution to determine the fate of the program was up for discussion.
